There are places on earth
that have never been hurried.
Natalie grew up within this environment.
The Southwest of Australia holds a botanical environment so isolated, so botanically rich, and so free from the compromises of industrial agriculture that the honey produced within it is categorically different from what the rest of the world produces. This is not a retrospective discovery. For Natalie Bussau, it was simply the forest over the back fence of where she grew up.
What changed was the decision to share it – and to share it honestly. Not with marketing language borrowed from other premium categories, but with the actual evidence: independent testing, named laboratories, published results, and documents available to anyone who wants them.
Australian Wildflower exists because Natalie believed that an extraordinary place deserves extraordinary proof. Everything the brand does – the Independent Testing Summaries, the original laboratory reports available on request, the named laboratories, the two-round testing protocol – is an expression of that belief.
"The honey produced in the pristine forests where I grew up is the cleanest in the world, with exceptional medicinal and healing properties. It gives me great pride to share these exceptional honeys with the world."
