Jarrah
TA35+

A smooth, caramel start with a tannic finish. Silky on the spoon. A warmth that settles rather than sharpens. Pairs with green apple, aged cheese, and a quiet morning.

The Jarrah tree grows in one place on earth - the Southwest Australia Biodiversity Hotspot, where forests have never been farmed and bees have never been medicated. It flowers for two months, once every two years. Our third-generation beekeepers collect what that brief season produces, cold-extract it immediately, and batch-test it before a single jar is filled.

TA 53.8 phenol equivalence. 473 mg AAE/kg antioxidant activity. Tested by ALS New Zealand - the same laboratory that certifies Manuka honey for the global market.
Pairs with:
Green apple · Aged cheddar · Sourdough · Greek yoghurt
RARITY
2-month flowering window, once every two years. 20× rarer than Manuka by production cycle. Each batch is a single-season harvest - never blended, never restocked until the next flowering cycle.

Where most premium honeys end, this begins

The same smooth caramel character. The same silky texture. The same 150-year-old Jarrah trees, the same unmedicated hives, the same cold extraction. A lower Total Activity rating – and still measurably ahead of what the rest of the world calls medicinal honey.

TA15+ is not a lesser Jarrah. It is the entry point to a category most of the world has not yet discovered. The global benchmark for medicinal honey - Manuka - operates at a Total Activity of approximately 5 - 20. Jarrah TA15+ begins where that standard ends.

Same source. Same laboratory. Same Independent Testing Summary. For those beginning with Australian Wildflower - or gifting to someone who is.
Pairs with:
Roasted vegetables · Overnight Oats · Herbal tea · Morning ritual

Dark amber. Rich molasses, golden syrup, a bitter-coffee finish that lingers. Bold without aggression. The honey chefs reach for first.

Dwutta is the Noongar name for the Blackbutt tree. We select only the finest batches from that already-rare harvest.

Flavour varies naturally by season and floral source. Each jar a one-of-a-kind harvest – unrepeatable, unhomogenised, exactly as the forest intended. This jar will never be made again.

The everyday range is sourced from the same Southwest Australia Biodiversity Hotspot, the same unmedicated hives, the same third-generation beekeepers. It is not a lesser honey. It is the same forest, in a different expression - seasonal, unrepeatable, and still measurably ahead of what the rest of the world calls raw honey.

Marri dominant in the current batch. Retains active enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics, and vitamins in their natural state. Total Activity and antioxidant activity 20× above average honey, including many that call themselves premium.
Use for:

TA15+

Where most premium honeys end, this begins

The same dark amber character. The same molasses depth. From the same coastal Blackbutt trees, the same December-to-February season, the same cold extraction. A lower Total Activity – and still a honey most of the world has never encountered.

Dwutta TA15+ is the entry point to the Blackbutt bioactive range. For those discovering this variety for the first time, or gifting to someone whose palate runs bold — this is where to begin. The provenance is identical. The source is identical. The Independent Testing Summary covers the same parameters - different only in the numbers it reports.
Pairs with:
Ginger · Garlic · Chilli · Cooking glaze · Bold morning ritual
CONTEXT
Same coastal Blackbutt source. Same six-week December season. Same ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. A Total Activity rating that still exceeds the global Manuka benchmark - from a flavour profile unlike anything else in the category.

Use for:
Morning crumpets · Porridge · Cooking · Tea · Daily ritual
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Same source, same standard, same independent testing. Each batch reflects the season - its dominant floral source, its colour, its flavour. No two jars from different harvests are identical.

Bee
Pollen

Not a supplement. A wild-harvested food, gathered by bees foraging across more flowering plant species than exist on any other landmass on earth. Each harvest is an unrepeatable native blend of pollens.

Our bees forage across more than 12,000 flowering plant species - 75% of which cannot be found anywhere else on the planet. What they collect contains all 22 essential elements of the human system, harvested in their natural ratios from a botanical environment that has never been compromised by synthetic agriculture.

Naturally high in protein. Cholesterol-free. Used in traditional herbal medicine for centuries. For those who want the most complete nutritional expression of this forest.
Use in:
Smoothies · Yoghurt · Overnight Oats · Salads · Morning rituals
WHAT MAKES THIS IMPORTANT
Western Australian bee pollen has been found to have higher protein and linoleic acid content than other pollens. Linoleic acid is an essential, unsaturated fatty acid that the body cannot produce on its own.

The same source. The same forest. The same standard. At the entry to the bioactive range - and still further than most honeys ever go.

An elixir that has existed for generations shared for the first time.

For generations beekeepers have quietly produced an elixir that they dubbed liquid gold.
A honey with extraordinary properties that is limited by nature.
Scientists are still trying to understand its rare and medicinal benefits.
We do not ask you to take our word for it. We ask you to read the evidence.
